Default 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee stalling while driving

I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 6cyl. I have noticed a few months ago some hesitation while driving and some starting issues. I cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the IAC, truck still stalls while driving or idles very low, right at 500 rpms or less. If I come to a stop sign, red light, it will stall. I brought an OBD code reader, it said transmission Speed Sensor output. I changed that, I topped off my transmission fuild and went to gas up, it stalled. I need to know is it a airflow problem, electrical, fuel delivery or whatever becuase it behaves as though it's losing power. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
