1998 Cherokee Sport
Hey guys I have a 1998 jeep cherokee sport with 4.0 and was wondering what all years of parts and engines fit this model? Like 98-01? 96-01? not sure just needing to know before I look for another engine Thanks.

Engine: 4.0 rebuilt w/ bored TB, banks header, upgraded ignition, 3 row rad, high flow h2o pump, 180* t-stat
ok so any HO I6 will swap but for your 98 id look for something from a 1997 to a mid 1999. that way the emmissions will be the same as well as the belt accesories. i rebuilt a 1999 for my 1998 and it was a drop in, just had to use my wiring harness and fuel rail/injectors
