Well, I just bought this Cherokee Classic. First thing is a 3” lift with 31s. Next is bumpers. Question,
will XJ bumpers work on my classic? Here she is.
Your classic is an xj, so yes xj bumpers fit. I assume you want aftermarket off road bumpers, any made for an xj should fit. for towing and recovery, the stock bumper mounts are no good. There are reinforcements for this application which must be used.
That is a great call in the reinforcement for towing.
I have been doing some research on wheel size, I was going to put 15”X8”wheels with a 4” back set with 31” tires. Do you have any thoughts on this?
