1998 Cherokee, 140k miles wanted 4 grand … did I goof

1998 jeep Cherokee. Wanted 4grand, 140k miles. Pretty clean everywhere except a giant hold in the drivers side floor about 2 feet long. Told him I didn’t want it because of the hole. Did I goof?

No, probably didn't goof. If it was rotten that bad where you found the hole probably rotten a lot of other places you missed. Keep looking for one that's better.
