I had a check engine light. Placed the computer on it and translated to "crank sensor" issue but was not exact. One of many ailments.
Left it at airport for a few days. Came back and would not start. headlights and lights are full but intermittent. It makes a static sound when trying to start. Finally does start. Crank sensor?

 

maybe just battery, what do u mean by a "static" sound? Check batt terminals first.

 

Dead cell in battery? prolly just need a new battery. How old is the one in it?
