i hear a clunk/clicking noise when the jeep begins to move in forward or reverse from the front end. even does it in 4wd. i dont what it could be please help

Is there is foreign object of some sort stuck in the tire?
U-joints trashed?
Have you had the vehicle in the air and had a look around?
