Default 1996 Jeep 4.0l drivability concerns

Jeep while driving feels like towing a boat without its trailer. Feels like something is dragging. Can't rule out brakes, but. 10K miles ago, new brake hardware, shoes, pads, wheel cylinders, drums, brake lines. What could be causing it?

The first thing if you suspect brakes or wheels is to just jack one wheel at a time and spin it. If they are all spinning free then you might have a trans. problem. Does it pull to one side or another ? Any noise ?

Another thing you want to check is to see if your cat is plugged causing too much back pressure, all the cylinders are firing, and so on. The engine could be really bogged down which would cause this as well.
