Default 1996 Cherokee XJ No start, No Spark, No Fuel!

Hello everyone,
I have a 96 xj and I cannot get this thing to start. Tested for spark- nothing, tested for fuel- nothing! Replaced CPS, Camshaft Sensor, TPS, checked all fuses and relays, tested the fuel pump which is good but still nothing! It will crank just won't start.. I guess it could be the ECU but I am not sure how to test it. I'm getting 12v to the ignition coil but nothing coming out. Something is telling it not to send fuel or spark.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Fuel pump should turn on with key forward. How do you have pressure but no fuel? How was this established?

x2 on the fuel. Check and see if you got fuel coming out of the line. If you do then i would move onto Spark. Best thing to do in these kinds of situations are to keep calm. Just run down the list. It will end up being something silly.

There is no fuel coming out of the fuel rail. I don't even hear the fuel pump kick on when the key is turned. Still no fuel or spark... Also there is no check engine light on and my scanner won't sync up... I jumped the fuel pump relay and I could hear the fuel pump running.

Pull your steering wheel trim and check the connector and condition of the wires at your ignition switch. Check the continuity of the ignition switch as well in the various positions to ensure that it hasn't worn out or burned out its connections. Sounds like it may be failing to close the ASD circuit which can affect the broad range of things you mentioned.

The ASD Automatic Shutdown Relay. Check that out.. It shuts down both fueling and spark from happening to prevent them from continuing to operate in the case of an accident.

Don't just pull the ASD relay and swap in others either. You have to check the terminals of the relay to see if things are correct here. If it is not getting power here, trace it back to the key/ignition sequence of events...

Swapping in a known good relay here to the ASD spot may work to get it operating if it is because of having a bad relay. If it doesnt, check the relay terminals for power...

Definitely, do not use the fuel pump relay, or whatever relay the cps/ignition is on for swapping in/out when going to test things. These two, the fuel and spark circuits, they both would basically be nullifying each other out for the processes. You would not be able to trust either of the two relays to give you reliability with 'all' of their results.. during the testing phase.
