Last winter my 1996 cherokee 4.0 began stalling when I would let off the gas. I would roll up to a stop sign and the rpms would either dip really low and come back up, or it would just stall. I have no problems with it in the summer except the fuel pump will not start till after I start cranking the engine. Any suggestions on what to do?
