I have a 1995 Cherokee Sport 2 door 4x4 and cannot get the blinkers to work! The hazard lights work as well as the headlights, taillights, and reverse lights. I call myself checking all fuses. I even looked at diagrams online to see if I was missing one somewhere. I have a couple of places in my driver's side interior fuse block that have no fuse and seem to only have metal prongs one one side of the fuse slot. Is this normal? Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the forum!
I think you have a separate flasher unit for the blinkers. It looks the same as the flasher unit for the hazards. So, hazards could work but not the blinkers.

No clue!

A brief search found this. Click on "view product options" and then "sub model". You'll see a choice for 2dr.

Dude! Thanks. That is probably the only website I did not check. Thanks again. I'm building this Cherokee for my soon to be 15 year old son and the carpet was the only thing I couldn't find.

I'm going to say indicators instead of blinkers.
The indicators and hazards are controller by one relay. Said relay has 2 power feeds, one permenant and the other ignition.
I suspect either you have no ignition power feed to the relay or there is a fault after the relay, either a damaged wire or the mutlifunction switch itself.
If your hazards work with the ignition off, your permenant feed is working. For reference, that is Fuse #4 20A in the PDC under the bonnet. The ignition feed is powered by Fuse #8 20A which is on the interior fuse board. If you have a multimeter handy, which you may well need to solve this, make sure that power is getting through the fuses, not just that they look good. I've had a fuse in the past with a hairline fracture that I couldn't see.
Next I'd be heading towards the relay which is a big yellow one under the steering column, unless they are located differently in the LHD. Pull it and see if any of its contacts look bad. Not an easy task but try and look at the pins in the relay slot, have any pushed back, if so, they need sorting. If you take a look at this website, the diagram shows the pin-out of the relay. You should check that the + is 12V at all times, and the I is 12V with the ignition on.

If everything checks out there, one way to rule out the relay would be to get some wire and put it across from the + pin and one of the L pins. Press in the hazard switch and either nothing will happen or all of the indicator lights will just be on. If nothing happens, try using the indicator stalk and see if either side works, or if the hazards worked previously, put the wire into the other L pin then try the indicators. You should have the hazard switch do something as you said they previously worked. If everything seems to work bypassing the relay, just give it another try but using the I pin instead of the + pin just to rule out the ignition feed being a problem. If the indicators now work but no flashing, I would say the flasher relay is dead.
Hopefully that makes enough sense for you, I understand what I mean most of the time.
