Unhappy 1995 Cherokee Fans dont turn on + no heat

so i just got a 1995 cherokee and ive noticed that at idle the temp rises to about 210 to 220 and the fans do not kick on.

ive turned the A/C on to see if they would kick on and they did but thats the only time they do.

also ive noticed that the heat isnt working, it blows mildly warm air but no heat. the A/C on the other hand blows cold.

any help would be appericated. thanks

its summer, who needs heat? lol

sounds like a blower motor relay, and possibly the coolant temp sensor for the ac fan, mine dosnt come on either but i'm too lazy to fix it.

check the fan relay and change the coolant temp sensor
a good place to start for you fan issue

and check for vacuum leak that is probably you heat issue

yes or you could have a stuck bypass valve

I would go for the CTS first, as that is usually the reason the fans have stopped working when the engine gets warm (in all my cases anyways)
