Default 1994 xj country wiper issue

I just bought the jeep lastnite before we got the snow today. I wanna take it out in the snow since this is my first lifted 4x4. I can't get the wipers to work at all? I can't find the fuse for the wiper. I checked all the fuses under the driver side dash and they all looked good. fuse box under the hood has nothing for the wiper. What could it be?

Any help would be great, Thanks James

see if the blades are free moving to make sure the motor isn't seized, check the wiring leading from the cowl. and put 12v to the wires to see if the motor moves if so you have a lot of wire testing ahead of you. but if not just replace the motor and drive on

Locate the fuse for the wiper, pull it and check continuity with a DMM. After that check the switch for power & function, finally the motor.

Now it's time to figure out why the fuse was "missing".
