Default 1994 4x2 to 4x4 issue

I'm bolting a donor 4x4 axle into my 94 4x2, the donor is a 91. My issue is the sway bar end links seem to be only about 1.5" away from my coils. Does that sound normal? The sway bar and end links are from the 91, my 94 sway bar links are a inch longer but thinner. Should I use my 94 sway bar and links? Oh ya has anyone else had a tough time bolting in their upper control arms? Maybe I should have bolted my sway bar in last.

Your fine on the end links, use whatever set seems better.

You want everything else disconnected from the axle when you bolt up the control arms. Try bolting in the uppers first.
