1994 4cyl into 1984 drive train issues??

1994 4cyl into 1984 drive train issues??
so here is the deal i have a 1984 jeep cherokee and which had a 4 cyl in it before which is no good now
so i bough a 1994 cherokee that is 2 wheels drive mine of course is 4 wheel drive
here is my plan i want to swap the motor and tranny out of the 94 into my 84 my question is will the transfer case from my 4 wheel drive bolt up to the tranny out of the 2 wheel drive or what do i need to do??
