Default 1993-1996 Borla header question

So I bought Borla header for a 1993-1996 Cherokee four liter and I am getting ready to install, and I noticed it came with 2 gasket's, one with noticeably larger intake ports so it obviously will not fit, anyone know what the deal with it is? Also the header came with very strange exhaust piece, attached is a picture, anyone know what that heck it is for?

I've got a Borla. Weird part. Can't imagine what it's for. Cooking hotdogs, maybe?

Found out it is some sort of weird whistle tip, why borla would send that is beyond me.

Official response from borla it is for jeep's that have a heat riser, then you need the part, I am guessing 1993's did not have them as mine does not.
