I Just Bought A 1992 Jeep Cherokee And What I was Curious Is what Is the stock oil ressure supposed to be ? is it 40(middle of guage ) or is is it the line below it until u accelerate ..Curious to know if i am going to have to rebuild the motor or am i good to start to lift it and change suspension on it

Mine Is Not an H.O. ....I Have No Knocking issues Or Tapping Issues Just That Dam Leak From the Oil Cap ....I Wonder If It Is Time To Rip out The Oil Pan To see What Is Going On ??????????? Any Suggestions?
