Default 1990 power windows

I got out of my car for about 2 hours, and when I came back in and started it, the driverside window will hit and miss roll down, and if it doesnt, it pulls hard on my battery, resets my stereo, and stops the ac. anyone out there have any ideas??

I have a 2dr 90 as well, and I notice mine acts up as well... if the door is slightly open they don't roll at all... and they do take alot of power from the battery... wish I had an answer, but I just live with it.

there might be an issue with the wires/connection if it's a newer battery.
