Default 1990 jeep cherokee firing issues

Hi everyone i have a 1990 jeep cherokee laredo I'm getting power from the coil to the cap but not too any of the post i replaced the cap and rotor last week because of this problem but it still didn't work then it just started working then the other day it wouldn't stay waited a day to work on it then it fired right on up them today won't start any ideals would be great

Note from DJ
Try unplugging and plugging the coil wire again; this time making sure that both ends are seated in all the way by pushing extra hard.
