I have a 1990 4.0l renix. I know this is a double post but I seem to have the simple things turn into the worst situations ever. I can start my jeep and it idles at about 800-900rpm and then by the time its fully warmed its up to 1500-1600rpm. It only idles high when warm... I have cleaned the throttle body thoroughly, replaced the iac 3 times, the map 2 times, and the tps 3 times. I have checked for vacuum leaks and have found none. I'm thinking the last 2 possibilities are cts or bad faulty signal from one of the sensors. The tps reads 4.79volts and .81volts when the throttle is pressed there are no spikes, drops or dead spots. The cts reads 14,400ohms cold and 300ish ohms warm. The air temp here right now is 25*ish. I'm trying to fix this so i can drive it again. Any suggestions please let me know. Thanks Richie!
