i have a 1990 jeep cherokee with a 4.0 and it won't turn over no clicking or fuel pump noise,the fuseable link green wire melted off by a soleniod by the battery,the green wire changed into red and the goes into the fuse box.all lights work and stereo,also could it be the neutral safety switch and where is it located,thankyou for any info
