can anyone help with the electrical wiring diagram for 88 Cherokee, 4cyl, carburator as I re-install new original iginition system (control modul, distributors, coil,...) but some connectors are missing.

You are in the right place. Please don't tell us there is a carburetor on an 88! At http://cruiser54.com/ , top left there is a tab for manuals that might help. Also in my signature I have a link or two to wiring diagrams, I haven't checked in a while though.
It's tough to find good, competent help with an 87 to 90 Renix Jeep. That said there are still things a shop will understand. Like the battery connection for example.
