Ok so im putting in a 2.8L v6 for a my buddies dad and well when i go to start it all i get is sputtering from the carb and fuel is leakin out of every single vacuum line you can think of.....Ive checked the timing countless times already i know that is set. Its been 3 days of this and im at the end of my knowledge here. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like the float in the carb is stuck and the needle is off the seat.
