Will the head from my 99 XJ drop right in place of my 2000 XJ? the 2000 does have the 0331 head and I have had a rocker are break 2 times already on the 2000. I gave away the 99 but im getting it back since the guy I gave it to was gonna junk it...

Yes and no...
Yes, the 0630 will bolt on and will work fine with your ignition and fuel system.
However, you do have to do a little bit of very minor fabrication. The 0331 has holes drilled and tapped for the bolts that hold the coil rail on. The 0630 doesn't. The best solution is to make a bracket, like so:
There are variations on that, but you get the idea.
Additionally, the 0630 exhaust ports are larger, so there's a potential for an exhaust leak with your 2000 exhaust manifolds. Some people have been able to just use the 2000 manifold gasket and get by with no leaks. Some have needed to make or buy an adapter plate to sandwich between the manifolds and the head. You can buy the adapter for $120 (link below), or you can look at the pic and cut your own out of thin gauge steel using a Dremel or similar cutting tool, using the 2000 manifold gasket as a template for the ports.

Theoretically you should see a very minor decrease in torque with the 0630, but I doubt you'll ever know the difference. Otherwise it'll run just like it always did.
