OK, i have had enough of my local parts houses. I have 8 4.0 renix and have be looking for a 02 sensor. I know its a bosch 12009 sensor(3 wire) but after ordering, and recieving 7!!! wrong sensors, i have had enough.

All the senors i keep recieving are a square 4 wire sensor, but the parts pics on the system show the correct 3 wire flat sensors, i got 2 from autozone, 2 from orielly, 2 from pepboys, a 1 from napa. WTF? is there a upgraded o2 sensor harness that im not aware of?

Yes it is a bosch 12009, but why are they sending you a 4 pin one, weird? I bought mine online on ebay and got the correct one. My advice is to try ebay.

ok, feel a little better, called bosch direct. appears all recently produced sensors were mis-boxed and all should have been recalled. no current production date for making more. this would explain why all my local parts house have all the wrong ones.

if anyone has a line on a 3 wire let me know.

Ngk makes good jeep sensors too. But glad you sorted out your issue.

update:

found some new"old stock" on flea bay , had the seller verify the connector, with the shipping ame out to 30 bucks, approx 28 dollars cheaper than the lowest price i found local.

should be here in a couple of days.
