I have a 01 with 246xxx on it, I just got Saturday and I just found out about the head issue. Since mine has as many miles as it does. Do you guys think I still have the bad head? Thanks in advance

Welcome !!
Start by looking inside of oil fill cap. Might be alone on it. Right below it is most common place to crack.
Wouldn't hurt to do an oil analysis.

All the non-TUPY 0331 heads on the 00-01 4.0 XJs have the factory casting flaw.
Since the previous history of yours is unknown, check under the oil fill cap as suggested. Then keep an eye on the coolant level and condition. If it starts dropping or turns color, start worrying.
Another warning sign is if the engine starts getting hotter than normal.
Otherwise, I would drive it but remain alert.
