3 in rough country lift with a tc drop
169k on it and I just did an oil change

So ill cut right to the chase, the first problem is my check engine light, occasionally itcome up and the jeep will still run fine, it reads and a misfire in cyl 1 and 6 if I remember right, but occasionally, only right after start up, it will shift into 2nd gear and the light will blink and if I step on the pedal moderately it sputters, but still drives fine once at speed?then ill shut it down and start it up and the problem will be gone. I'm very confused as to what my problem is. The other thing is it doesn't happen all the time, sometimes it will start no cel and run great

Next is my 2 door power door locks won't work. I already shorted the window lock and that fixed the passenger side

Last but not least is a odd rattle noise I hear when I accelerate/decelerate/turn but it doesn't happen all the time, I'm assuming its the u joints

Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

The rattle I have not clue.

windows... could be a number of things. If both are not working, go check fuses.

As far as the CEL and misfire issue, some might disagree but a couple of cheap and easy things I would do first is change the spark plugs and then poor some fuel cleaner in it, lucas, seafoam, STP... whatever... I have found lucas to work best but they are all fine. This could be as simple as dirty injectors and bad spark plugs. If that doesnt help then move on to the injectors. You can test them but I will let someone with some skill on this board explain that process.
