what the hell!!!! i shut off the emails and it stopped but the last two nights in a row i got woken up agian!! exactly 4:05 am. i went back into the options my emails notifications are still turned off. i would just turn off my emails on my phone but i run my business out of my iphone after hours.

If you turn off email notification it only affects new subscribed threads from that point on. If you have threads previously subscribed to you have to go and manually adjust those.
This can be done by going into UserCP, then on the right click List Subscriptions, Then you can check the ones to change and select the needed option in the drop down menu at the bottom right.
Next keep the political chatter elsewhere not this thread.

Not sure what you mean about the political chatter but thanks for the info. I think i'm just gonna take ur advice and have it directed to my spam folder.
