I have also been thinking about this for about a week now. Im thinking something along the lines of a section where we can see everybodies progress so we dont get the tech section all jammed up with random updates. Just one section with everybodies continuous build. An example of a thread would be like "General Lee's XJ Build" or something. What do you guys think? Ideas?

Alright let me talk it over with deverhart, it is likely that we will wait just a bit more before adding to the forum but I will see what comes of the discussion.

Ideas:

1. Continuous sounds good.
2. Can it be broken into sections where you can have a detailed discussion about your axle build or setting gears etc. Then have the next part of the project under a different section.
3. Can the orginator of the section basically mod it to remove junk posts or posts with no value. Everyone can say it looks good on the main vehicle section but on an axle post, we don't need someone randomly asking about hood vents or window tint etc.

There was a website where people post about their vehicles and it allows them to break it down how they want and put up pics, comments, and control what content goes into the section. The ad-a-boys go under the main parent page and the user can delete posts if someone puts up trash. can't remember the name of the site though.

just a suggestion.

2. I will allow more then one thread per person in that section if say they want to talk about the general build of their XJ and the build of their axle they will create new threads to do so.

3. I can not allow people to remove posts that are not their own but I can assure you that the section will be looked after carefully.

Again this may not come for a bit more time but these suggestions for new sections are good and give us great ideas.

We would probably just group all vehicle builds together.
