No Email Subscription Updates Please
I'm kind of tired of my subscribed threads blowing up my email every day... if there any way I can stop getting subsciption updates through my email?

on the grey bar above you (unless you're in jail) click User CP then on the left side under settings and options click edit options, then under messaging and notifications there is a drop down box with the options you want.
