So we all are mourning the loss of Brian. But now we are 1 very active and helpful mod short. The mods will have to work extra hard to fill the gap. So let's all help them out and use the report button more. Also try to not start things with others.

Brian was definitely a great MOD and he will be missed. I agree that we need to make life easier on the MODS, and not just because of their, and our, loss of Brian. First and foremost, we need to hold to the forum rules. Keep things family-friendly. Don't bash on newbs, and if there's a post that needs to be moved, or checked over, report it. Each section (tech, fab, for sale, etc) has rules. We need to read them and make sure we hold to them. Secondly, we need to hold each other accountable. That's part of being a family - which we are - one big family of Jeepers. Let's keep each other in check. These two things will make life A LOT easier on the mods.

Maybe I am out place for saying this, but Mod's are important on sites of this size, but if there are people that have to be treated like little kids just lock them out.

I know mistakes happen and post are placed in the wrong place and such, but if the mod's are having to stay that busy and not able to enjoy there time here, time to clean house. At least this site is very well moderated, I belong to a few other sites and you would think it was a 9th grade detention room.

We ask to be respected, so let's do the same to each other. We are all here for the same reason, and let's not let the loss of a fellow member be the reason this is brought up.

Just my 2 cent's and If I am out of place I apologize in advance.

96_xj was our night guy. He was on more at night than most of the staff and was trusted to handle anything on his own.
Me you never see on after 12 I get up early for work.
He also took COS place for COTM contests.
People rarely use the report. But if anyone sees SPAM or anything that does not belong here or out of place please use it.
We usually have no issues but things do happen.
