Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to address these issues Gentlemen. More so, thank you for listening and considering there are a few problems... Listening to feedback is the most valuable tool with any business and it is very appreciated.

I was given a solution for that by IB Nolan. Go to your User CP to disable it. Go to Setting & Options > Edit Options. Scroll down to the Thread Display Options. I disabled it and the forum was back to normal. I also disabled the Related Threads option. Its not needed anway as a Related Threads list already exists. All the additional Related Threads option does is opens the first related thread in the list for you, rather than you having to click it manually to open it, meaning its loading along with the thread youre already reading.

Know what Lee? While that feature might bug some it doesn't bug me that much as the fact that it is very highly INACCURATE. The suggestions for related threads are no where close to related... It just tosses random crap in there. The feature doesn't bug me, the content bugs me. lol

Edited for reality... I have to give the default Vbulletin core code or a plugin the blame for this flaw though, not IB. But it is still an issue.

Ok guys I did a little investigation and found two issues that could be causing you problems PERSONALLY.

1. There may be conflicts with the old cookies in your browser and the new cookies from the recent code changes in your own browser. If you are having issues, try clearing your cookies cache and come back to see if it works or lets you log in easier and function better.

2. There may be some browser related issues with some of the older browsers and the new code. If there is a browser version minimum this should have been explained from IB. I am using Linux and not having many issues. But if you are using windows OS and maybe an older browser version it could be causing conflicts.

This site and script should accommodate ALL versions of OS and browsers. If not there is a problem. But it is important to share that some of the issues could also be on your end. This should have been explained as the changes were being made.

Calm down a litte man, you're getting wound up there. I suck with technology and know nothing about programming. I just relay any info I receive.

I'm good... I was just sticking up for Nolan and IB a little here Lee. Sometimes as script changes are made it can affect how different user's browsers act. Like you having trouble logging in. So sometimes it requires a little work on the users end by clearing browser cookies and reloading the site fresh to make the changes work correctly without browser or previous cookie conflicts.

Point being if you are having glitches when new code is implemented, sometimes it fixes the issue if you log out, clear cache and log back in. Some browsers retain the old page cache until they are cleared and this can cause issues with new page changes. Especially if/when you are in "remember me" mode.

"Try logging out, clear your browser cache, and log back in" is usually a common message shared when a lot of code changes are being made and new glitches appear like this.

Most modern browsers and OS versions should be fine. General design standards for web development support back to Internet Explorer 11, even Microsoft stopped supporting anything before that version.

Clearing cache does clear up many problems if something happened to get wonky during the upgrade. But the site should work just fine for anyone on Windows, Mac, Linux OS and any browser from the past 8 years.

Also, we agree that the "Related Threads" are fairly inaccurate in their current form. There should be a significant improvement coming from our machine learning team after they build Skynet.

We tested the new version in office and it is dead on for most threads.

Future Updates:
The reason for the push to this most recent site version is to allow for some cool upgrades in the future.
- User tagging in posts, we are finalizing an update to allow you to type "@" and then a username to send them a notification to jump into a conversation
- Overhauled Marketplace / Classifieds system that adds modern features, take a look at an example here: https://mbworld.org/forums/market/
- The unified uploader is currently live and removes the old and outdated attachment system, you can drag and drop a folder full of pics, docs, pdfs, etc and they all get added to your post.

Thank you Nolan... That would be great because as you know, if the threads are actually unrelated it nullifies the whole related threads feature and concept. It becomes dead weight and an impractical demand of resources on both ends at that point.

I saw the uploader changes and think they will be great. But I am still having the user album time out issue if at some point someone might find time to look at that. It is not going to let anyone who happens to be on 3g instead of 4g upload anything. I have noted file sizes and it doesn't seem to make a difference what size they are if they are image files. The time to upload on 3g is still not within the current upload time allowance value. There are still a whole lot of folks who do not have or cannot afford unlimited 24/7 4g highspeed service. I know you have bigger fish to fry but please keep this request in mind going forward.

OK... now it's hanging up and stalling during page changes requiring browser close out for several minutes and reload. It started yesterday for me but I thought it was maybe because someone was working on it and changes were being made. But at 3:30 in the morning I am probably the only one on here and it should not be happening...

I am having trouble posting images using the "image" icon. It posts the link to the image, but not the actual image. it does the same thing even adding the "[img] [/img]" manually. Not sure if this is related, but i tried unchecking the "automatically parse links in text" as well as the "automatically embed media" just to see what happens as i never messed with those options in the past, and never needed to. Checked or unchecked, nothing changes. It keeps posting the link to the image. I didnt see anything in the User CP.
