How do I stop the forum from subscribing me to every forum I post in. I look in my profile page and didn't see it HELP ME

Go to your User Control Panel (User CP)... top left of your screen... Then look at the column on the left... Go to "edit options" and look about 1/4 of the way down in the Messaging & Notification sectyion... There will be a place where it will say email notification... select no email notification...

USER CP ---> EDIT OPTIONS (LEFT) ---> MESSAGING & NOTIFICATION ---> Drop Down Menu
