I have sent two messages using the "Contact Us" (https://www.cherokeeforum.com/sendmessage.php) link at the bottom of the page requesting my account be deleted as I am no longer a Jeep owner. No one has responded and clearly I can still log in to my account meaning it hasn't been deleted.

How do I delete my Cherokee Forum account?

You can't. All the Admin can do is change your E Mail and password so you cannot log in anymore I believe.

Because, if I did that for every site I don't use anymore I would have a ton of sites still associated with my email address and continue to get annoying spam from companies I am no longer interested in.

You can not delete an account. I will however gladly change the email address and password. However I have never received anything via the contact us form. I suspect you selected the default of advertising which does not come to me. Mean some marketing guy who doesn't know who I am got the email.
