I may be incorrect, but I think your thread was deleted. Additionally, all my posts were direct and to the point. I accused no one, and only you took direct offence. I did not resort to name calling. I posted rebuttals. I understand that you may not like what I am posting, but you have the option of putting users you don't like on your ignore list and you will no longer be bothered by me. I may be persistent, but there is no rules against that. I am notperfect, but at least tryto operate within the rules of the site. If you truly want to discuss the issuelike adults, great. I would love to discuss something. If you just want to post things trying to get a rise or response from me, it won't work. Frankly I do not spend much time looking at silly posts. It takes to seconds to scroll past and find a post with quality content....even if someone disagrees. But by all means continue as you were if you feel it necessary, it only goes to prove more about yourself, if that is truly the way you wish to present yourself to forum.

He has respected my request to stop the BS and you should too! You have said what you needed! End of story! I have been more than kind, this last comment was not called for! Wait, he stopped and backed off? No, hence why I quoted him. I did not harrass him. I posted a rebuttal. What is the favoritism toward him? Is only he allowed to post comments and I am not allowed to post a response. I have been nothing but civil even if assertive. If you asked him to back off and he accepted it must have been done off the page. I recieved no such communication. If it was such an issue, you could always have deleted his comments as you deleted all mine. The last post is my last in regards to him (unless he wants to discuss more) but I thought in many ways I was pretty civil. I even invited that he stay and discuss the issue, I certainly am in no position to tell him to leave (as he had no right to do so either).

Actually, I was hoping an admin was reading all along as they need to be aware of the copyright issue. It is why I posted this in the CF suggestions area. I thought this area above all others is where we get to discuss site issues.

 

First off, I have not favored anyone! I asked that the BS stop and that EVERYONE stop the BS! And everyone but YOU seems to continue. I understand you feel very strong about this as you have every right to, but to continue stirring the pot, and wanting someone to continue an agrument that will absolutley go nowhere is not going to happen. And yes when. MOD says to stop, then yes you stop. Which is exactly what I did right after I saw where this thread was heading. So one last time stop OD hasnt replied to anything else you have posted out of respect of my wishes, please do the same. And try and have a good night. :-)

 

you never advised me to stop! I only now recieved you PM. I am appealing to management/admin. I keep using the word harrassment but there has been zero harrasment! How does an invite to discuss become a harrasment.

That neither addressed me, nor said anything about stopping. I've been nothing but "chill". Perhaps if you want a specific action you spell it out very clearly. As a moderator you need to be clear. "chill out" is not an instruction to do anything specific. I cannot read what is in your mind. It is just a discussion.

I am no legal expert nor do I own the site. So with that said I have forwarded this issue to the site owners to address and handle. Once they have read and discussed and what not they will unlock and post up.
