No I haven't spoken to them, I have offered to make some if they are having trouble keeping up with demand but I can't do them for $2.50. I'm going to make my own for my Jeep and thought I'd help out, it's not about stealing business. If there is a demand for them I as a business owner would be stupid not to offer to make them. Who is currently making them I'll be happy to contact them about making some.

How much could it really cost to make those little stickers?

You'd be surprised at the process of making decals. While it may seem easy these are not ink printed on paper. We have expensive machinss that actually cut colored vinyl, there is no ink. We have to make the design, each color is a different roll of vinyl. Once cut you then have to piece the colors together by layering them not to mention the weeding process like taking the center out of O's etc. Most of us make nothing on actual labor at all. We dont simply print something out on some paper and mail it to you.

I did a measly 10 decals for a local baseball team yesterday, I was easily busy for at least 3 hours. I don't get paid minimum wage for those 3 hours nor can I charge a $50 hour shop charge like other businesses. I have to make it up on the vinyl, all that time and I made $51 on the stickers while paying almost 2 times that for materials. So don't complain about paying $5.00 for a sticker or $8.00 for a sticker because we're not making any money on them.

Most people are willing to pay for something they want.. Including me. I know last time I checked rockstars energy stickers were like $12 and monster energy stickers were are pins $10. Just depends on what people want and what there willing to pay for it. I'd be fine with laying $5 or so for the stickers in question.

Absolutely I agree 100%, when you think about it, they need to ask themselves where can they go right now and get a decal like this for $2.50, granted whomever was making them decided to sell them at cost, I however can't do that. Businesses are in it to make money not give away their product and break even. Going by my price chart which is fairly standard for this business this is a $10.00 decal.

Yea exactly some people just want everything free or extremely cheap. But when supply is low and demand is high then the price goes up.

Yeah that's true. I got some decals that were vinyl but we're actually printed with some style of ink and they were really low quality didn't even end up using them.

Maybe they take so long and are so cheap because whoever takes care of them waits until they have a big number of stickers to make. Rather than just making and shipping them as the orders come in

I keep 0 stickers in stock, I don't touch my machine to make any decal until I receive payment first, way too many people want something then back out and then I have stickers sitting around I end up throwing away. At first I thought "hey I'll make up 20 zombie stickers they will definitely sell" I sold 3 and threw the rest away.

Should just hang onto then in a file cabinet then sell then to other people later on. What did these zombie stickers look like?
