I am going to discuss the paying members thing with them. I have a few things I need to discuss with them that need to be communicated to the commity.

As we the staff know more you guys will know more.

Just to be very clear. This site is where it's because of the hard work of the staff and the great members of the site. The owners had little to do with the progress of this site. I usually don't pipe up on such issues but the Mods and Myself have put a lot of work into this site.

Just to clarify a few things. The phone apps are not maintained by the site owners. Forum Runner is the company that designs, builds and maintains the phone apps. They decide on the feature set of the said apps. So no the new owners can't make specific changes, can they request them? Yes. Jon and Nathan paid to have the app braned specifically for the site. Feature set is handled by the core company.

Just wanted to clarify that aspect.

I'm very new here but it's a great site. I hope whatever change happens is for the good because i'm looking forward to sticking around here. I hadn't been a member but about a month and allready got a nice deal on some stuff and found some local jeepers in my state. To those who made it what it is in the past thanks, and thanks to those that will strive to keep it going!!!

$25 a year isn't bad.

Don't worry guys, it will be a smooth and easy transformation. I am a mod on another top 100k forum and the only change you will see is more sponsor ad's, more sponsors jumping on to sell their stuff and more traffic..n00b attack lol
Just use firefox with flash blocker, ad block and you will not even know anything changed.
If it is Vertical Scope (VS), the group that runs Autoforums.com...Be at ease and know all will be aok.

New owners are just that, just an owner..mod's will still be the same and so will the forum.I was worried when the forum I mod was sold and all is well a year later.
