Here's a SOME of the pics:
On the way to the trail:
And on the trail (a wee bit dusty for the boys in open Jeeps):

We camped out there....sweet spot, awesome lake, WAY too many mosquitoes!
We had to apply bug spray every 30 - 90 minutes...
(There are two different lakes there, the first one is called Wells lake, and the second lake is Loadstone lake)
Yeah, they're a pretty cool group...the black Rubi rolled on the way home, just at the end of the FSR (Forestry Service Road in case you use different terminology) and the only XJ lost his transfer case on the way to the trail, so he limped back home in front wheel drive and unpacked the XJ, and loaded up his son's Durango, and caught up with us at the first campsite around 9:00am the next morning....
If you're ever out this way, this is a trip you should look into.
Later.

1 US gallon is = to 3.785 Liters.
So, our gas that day was $1.49.9/Liter
or
$5.67/US Gallon
Not the good deal you may have originally assumed???
And my V8 likes it!!!
