My first wheeling trip
So today i went on my first wheeling trip, EVER! My buddy Shane was nice enough to invite me as a passenger in his rig (boxed blazer). Him, Mike (V8 Dakota), Mike (Samar i), Jay (Samar i with his wife), and Eric (Tacoma with Chaz as Passenger). I am so used to everyone's Jeeps and being set up for trails. Not these guys, they were set up for rock crawling! It was so awesome! I seriously did much better than i thought i would do.
While we were waiting for the rest of the guys to get there, Shane took me on the competition run to break me in a little and see how far he could go, before i got scared. I did get a little nervous when i was looking straight down on my side, but just held on to my 4 point harness, tight and closed my eyes. (I was determined not to freak out and scream).
When ever one got there we hit the trails. We did some real gnarly camber stuff, and I did have to step out of the rig a couple times, because it was too sketchy for me. We had a few breaks and ate, while they were fixing their rigs, but all and all it was pretty awesome, i got some sweet videos with Shane's camera, (including when he sheered off the hitch receiver and broke his drive shaft from a complete vertical climb) but i will put those links up as soon as he gets it on youtube and sends me the links. I had a awesome time, and now i am HOOKED! I cant wait till spring when we go up more often, and hopefully by then i will have a DD (Daily Driver) and take my Jeep up there too. Well night all, i am exhausted.

YES! and what was funny was we were at rosche creek off road park in PA, and took the rock creek trail, the jeeps (yj's, one xj and one Comanche) were watching us, because they couldn't follow us on that one.

Lol, I agree with Blue. Awesome going gearheadette! Rausch creek? VERY COOL. I'm not too far away, so let me know next time you go, and I'll be the next to break my wheeling virginity, lol.
So glad you had a good time!
