Just wanted to let everyone know the city of Chattanooga has given the land we now ride on to the developer of the subdivision we use to get to said land. He is closing it off to us and building a road to the top of the mountain prob to make the subdivision larger or golf course one not sure. All I know is that I was informed by the cop at the entrance and told to read a new sign that is posted there as well as the post for the new gate that have been installed. We all knew our time was limited up there since it has been in the courts for years just didn't know it was this soon. The road will be closed May 1, 2010. Bet the keys for the lease will go up to about $500 after that.

Land between the lakes in KY are like that. They closed off the offroad trails because at the begging crossed a 4' creek and they said it was polluting the creek... 4' of a creek....
I hate when offroading places close

Yup Tellico closed because of runoff killing the trout. And they had good lawyers and we didn't put up a fight. Offroaders need to stand up.
