If shipping turns out to be expensive, pepboys has a reese class 3/4 for around $130. The custom fit one bolts right up to all the stock holes, comes with all the hardware, and if your weld rail isnt rusted as crap it should only take you about 20 minutes to install

I got one last year and I pull a trailer, use it for recovery, bolt a bike rack to it, and even have a step for it. works great
