Want either spectre or thor cowl intake for 97-01 please message me i will be looking for it until i delete this post so please message me they stopped making them so i cant find one any where

If you can't find one. (I'm sure you'll be able to but you never know) you can build one out of exhaust piping for roughly $60 in parts including clamps, filter, pipe.

I think I did a write up on here. If not its on jeep forum. I remember 90% of the parts. I since have sold that XJ so I can't get any closer pics besides the one I have. It's now on its 4th owner in months.

What I recall from items is a 3" exhaust tube. 3 feet. Bent 90 degrees. I drilled and tapped a 3/8" AC compressor fitting for the breather. I had a k&n filter in the cowl. (I can find the part number for you). I had some spectre flex tube to attach to throttle body. As well as 2 spectre 3" couplers to attach to filter and tubing. With misc clamps.

I cut 3 sections of the pipe. I fully welded it together. It ran directly over the valve cover as you can see and had no issues of heat.

X3 - I want one these too. Prefer Thor, but not picky at this point.

I'm currently debating changing my Spectre out for a k&n filter setup, not quite sure yet. Reading some threads and tossing the idea around in my head, but if I do swap I'll most likely sell the Spectre. It won't be cheap though. Once it leaves me I know I can never get it back haha. I'll keep anyone posted that's interested, or you can follow my build thread as it'll prob be posted there before anywhere else.
