I have a set of bushwhacker flat fender flares on my jeep they have been on it for about 2 months and have no wear from offroading ie cuts or scratches. Just the regular small amount of wear from use over the 2 months. I want to trade them for a set of cut out fender flares. I have all the hardware with mine so I would expect to get all the hardware with the cutouts. If yours are new I can add some cash in to make it more even. Thanks
