Wanted: Washer fluid sensor

Wanted: Washer fluid sensor
Live in Lakewood, Wa. and my jeep has a light on that says low washer fluid. So need either a sensor or a way to fix this. Also in need of a rear bumper. Any infor on where to get one cheap. This is my first jeep. its a 1995 Cherokee Country.
