You are probably better off just fabbin em yourself. The factory ones are just 1/4 steel strip with threaded holes in them. Just find yourself some steel slide it into the "frame" and then mark the locations from the bottom. Take your steel out and drill on your marks then tap them for the size bolt you want. Or you could drill the holes and weld nuts in your desired size to one side, modification to the rear crossmember may be necessary if you go this route.

i just welded my hitch to the frame its self....its there permanently now....i dont see a point in ever removing it anyways....

i tried the welding bolt to strips and that went poorly(they never wanted to line up properly...)

I don't think the factory strips are quite 1/4" thick. I pulled the one that was in my 99 and it was weak, I could just bend it at will. I used 1/4 aluminum that was much stronger and thicker and it will never rust. I used aluminum because its much easier to work with and stronger than what is used stock. Also it won't rust. I can get some pics of them.
