Want an XJ for this Winter.

Hey everyone, I sold my last jeep last spring and am looking for one for this winter. I have a car now but have a baby on the way soon. Want the 4x4 so he's safe. I would like an XJ with a small lift nothing more than 6". Doesn't have to be lifted but would be nice. Since the baby needs a lot of stuff, funds can be tight at times so I'm looking in the 2 to 3k range, it doesn't have to be spectacular but no junk or rust bucket either. I'm from central Iowa so something close or a state bordering would be great. Hope to hear from you guys soon thanks!
