Spare tire bracket and bolt

Im looking for a spare tire mount bracket and hold down bolt with wing nut that mounts spare to the inside of the back/cargo area, anybody got one? It's for a 2000 xj sport

I have the bracket that the wheel rests on, bolt that slides through upper bracket and centering spacer/wing nut from a 2001.
