USPS.com should give you some info. I normally choose the flat rate priority for like 8 bucks.

Well do you want both driver and passenger or just one side? And do you want both the receiver and the buckle right?
For one side (receiver and buckle) I'll do for $43 that's with shipping included.

That's a little steep, I found a few on eBay for 25 shipped. Thanks for the offer though.
