parking brake cable adjuster

Default parking brake cable adjuster
I need a working, adjustable, non rusted parking brake cable adjuster for a 98 Cherokee. Mine is rusted and the bolt just twists when I try to adjust it. It is the part located under the driver side where the cable from the wheels and the cable from the lever come together.
