OEM luggage/roof rack part

Long shot but I need at least one of the cross bar adjusters (called a stanchion or cross bar support bracket) for my '96. Not sure which years are interchangeable though.

I have a 99 roof rack I took off. Let me check tmw if i have it in the yard I'll PM you.
