LTB: 97-01 Jeep Cherokee 4x4

I am currently looking to buy a 97-01 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 with decent mileage. Preferably Blue or Silver. Must be clean and free of damage.

I have a red 99 xj with 145K on it. Looking for 4500. Has 4.5 inch lift. 33 inch BFG AT's. Safari roof rack, K&N cold air intake, Brush guard not installed. Attached is the most recent picture I have. The fender flares are on the jeep now and are black.
